I have used Steve Capucio for my Wholistic Healing & Therapeutic Massage needs a few times when I have felt Stressed . Firstly - I loved the fact that he brought over his Very Comfy. Massage Table . Secondly- he brought his Very Healing Presence . To be perfectly honest - even before we started the session I felt completely relaxed - as Mr. Capucio has this Magic Quality of a True Healer. Amazing how he can leave all of his Personal Issues outside the Therapy Space - Devoting himself 100 % to Client Needs. I thoroughly enjoyed the Actual Session that went for about 75 - 90 mins. as we had agreed upon. Steve checked with me to see if I was Cold , or Just Right draping me with Clean Nice Drapes. He seems to have an Innate Intuition as he hit all of my Tension Spots entirely on Intuition. I have Low Back Issues , but just the Assisted Breathing we did prior to session seemed to help me Let Go !!! As we warmed up I totally Enjoyed his Unique Style of Rocking the body Back and Forth - as we read the Human Body is about 80% Water thus ....you know !!! U was hypnotized to say the Least. Then came the Swedish - Esalen Oil Massage. He truly has Hands of Light . This man is a Shaman . His hands Radiate Warmth , Life Force & Energy !!! Quite Amazing - how he can quietly Tune into Your Needs. His Bodywork Style is a Sort of a Unique Vibrational Healing!!!! As he is part Brazilian and has studied there @ some Workshops & Retreats I found his work to be Quite Incomparable!!! Too - I say this as someone who has received a fair number of Sessions in San Francisco & The East Bay for years now. The session has A Timeless Quality ; something we all seek considering the current pace of Life. Steve Capucio is also a Fine Artist with an apropos Personality who holds Zero Judgements when it comes to Gender, Body Type /Image or Orientation. His Big Heart for All of Humanity!!! As a Healer & Carer myself I can 100 % Appreciate such a Quality Healer and Recommend him to any Potential Client seeking ongoing Sessions from A Devoted Healer - Therapist - Bodyworker!!! Peace.

I’ve been enjoying Stephen’s massage services for several years now. Stephen is one of the most professional and knowledgeable massage therapists i’ve ever known. And he is the sweetest human. Being that he comes to my home, he is consistently on time, brings with him fun oils and lotions, always has something new that he has added to his supply kit for me to try, and reminds me to share with him any issues I have lingering in my body that he can provide focus on. He gently encourages me to always speak up if pressure is too much or too little, and checks in if I’ve gone too quiet for too long, all without any pressure to engage in conversation. Personally, I prefer massage therapists who provide me with the space to ask questions and engage in conversation. Most of the time, I want to sink into my massage and focus on my breath and meditate. Stephen’s knowledge in his craft is extensive. He’s always learning new methods and techniques and is generous to share when he feels something he has learnt will benefit his clients. He makes me feel taken care of, safe, releasing tension and muscle aches and pains, and I wouldn’t miss the chance to hire him again and again.

I have fibromyalgia. The best I had ever been was after spending three weeks at a pain clinic (a real one, not a drug -related clinic.) After one two-hour session with Stephen, I felt better than I have in years. My spine was straight; my limp was gone. I had so much energy. He combines many forms of reiki and massage and was very gentle. I plan to continue to use him on a regular basis. I have so much hope. Before I believed I would just get worse until I died. We have experienced various different styles of massage therapy, but none have come close to the varied skills and practice of Stephen. As so many have mentioned in their review, Stephen was extremely professional and priced his service fairly. We even decided he needed to be paid more for the lengthy time in which he spent with each of us, and his highly skilled knowledge of massage therapy. He also incorporated energy healing and chanting in his work with us - we loved that, as it brought a new level of relaxation in the room. Stephen also continues to learn and educate himself in his field. Yet the "knots" and "kinks" are improved. My massages are excellent. I just want to take a nap afterwards! Stephen is the complete package I was looking for - wholistic, Reiki, yoga etc.

While this may have been specifically tailored to my request, the actual reflexology massage was among the best I've ever had. Stephen started out by warming up the muscle groups, located adhesions fast, and proceeded to work on them with focus. He was attentive and focused on his work. Professional Healer! I was in the worst pain of my life after just getting back into working out, and on Monday I did a heavy leg workout, needless to say, my second day I was in so much pain, I couldn't even walk, nor drive. The best massage I've ever had -- there I said it. The day I called Stephen, I was coming down with something -- had odd aches, scratchy throat and a low grade fever. Stephen had the most gentle hands applying force that cut into the aches -- deep, wonderful pressure that coaxed the kinks and lumps and bad air out of my system. All I could do after was sleep, and I slept straight through the night. And, I was fine the next day, so fine I went about my day as usual and wore myself out. But I digress.
